LotsPost

For short-term rental hosts

Your place, posted every day. Your link in every post.

Give LotsPost your photos and your booking link. It writes a short post about your cabin, A-frame, or cottage and publishes it to your own TikTok and Instagram three times a day until you say stop. 100,000 views in 30 days or the month is refunded.

$0.00 today. $79 a month per property starts only after your two free days.

290,750views in eight days for the first account on this system. Zero followers to start, no ad spend, and it was a land listing, not a rental. A place people want to be in is the same kind of post.

A post the engine wrote and built from a public lighthouse stay's photos (Rose Island, RI), the same way it builds yours. Not a mockup. Photos: Library of Congress, public domain; Ron Cogswell, CC BY 2.0.

How it works

  1. 1.0

    Describe your place once.

Open the studio and say what it is, how many it sleeps, the town, what makes it special, and paste your booking link. Drop in 5 to 10 photos: the outside, the view, the bed, the morning. That is the whole setup.

On it. I set up a campaign for the A-frame with your six photos and the booking link. The first post goes out at 10:00 am your time, then 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, every day until you pause it.

  2. 2.0

    It makes the posts.

Each post is a short carousel: a hook over your best photo, a few slides that say what it is like to be there and the facts people ask about, and a closer with your booking link. Every number in the copy has to exist in what you told it; anything else is held for you to check instead of posted.

01Hook. The one line that earns the swipe, over the photo that stops people.
02-05The place. The arrival, the morning there, sleeps and bedrooms, the season. Digits only from your brief.
06Closer. Book direct, and your link, every time.
  3. 3.0

It posts, three times a day, and counts.

Morning, afternoon, evening in your timezone, on your own handles through TikTok and Instagram's official connections. Four angles rotate through the week so the feed never reads like the same post twice. Your dashboard shows every post and the running view count against the 100,000 guarantee.

Why hosts want the link in every post

DirectEvery closer sends people to the page you choose. Your own booking site is the point, and a platform listing works too. Who books where is up to you; the posts just keep sending people.
YoursPosts publish under your handles. Every follower, save, and comment stays on your account, whether you keep LotsPost for a month or a year.
DailyThree posts a day, every day, without you opening the app. The machine does not get busy, go on vacation, or run out of angles on your place.

100,000 views in your first 30 days, or that month is refunded to your card.

Checkout runs through Stripe under CR Brand Group, LotsPost's parent company. That is the name you will see at checkout and on your card statement.

How the guarantee is measured

100,000views across your connected accounts in the 30 days after your first post, measured as the gain over where they started. Your dashboard shows the running number.
RefundIf your first 30 days end under 100,000, that month is refunded. Back to your card, not a credit, and you do not have to ask. When a day cannot be measured, the count resolves in your favor.
TermsYour connected accounts need to be public so the numbers can be read. The full conditions are four sentences, in the terms.

Questions hosts ask

Do I need a TikTok account for the property?

You need an account to post to, and it can start at zero. The first account on this system started with no followers and did 290,750 views in its first eight days. Making a new TikTok or Instagram for the property takes a few minutes, and you connect it through a secure popup.

What photos do I need?

Five to ten you already have from your listing: the outside, the view, the main bedroom, the bath, the kitchen or the deck, and one from the morning. The better the photos, the better the posts. You confirm you have the rights to them when you add them.

Can the link go to Airbnb or Vrbo instead of my own site?

Yes. The closer uses whatever link you give it. Most hosts point it at their own booking page; a platform listing works the same way.

Will it make things up about my place?

Posts are written from your brief, your facts, and your photos, and nothing else is handed to the writer. A post that uses a digit you did not enter, a rate, a distance, a drive time, a star rating, is held for you to check instead of published. Sleeps, bedrooms, the town, and the amenities you list are what it works with. Read your first few posts; if one leans on a detail you would not say yourself, tell the studio and it changes course.

Do I approve posts before they go out?

No. Posts publish on their own, which is the point. Two things stand in for approval: a post that uses a digit you did not give it is held instead of published, and pausing a campaign stops its posts that minute. Read the first few, adjust the tone once in the studio, and leave it alone.

What happens to my photos and my link?

They are used to make your posts and for nothing else. They are never shared, sold, or used for another customer. Remove a photo from the campaign and it is gone from future posts. The terms say the same thing in more words.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Every post is built from your photos. You never record, film, or edit anything. Right now every post is a photo carousel; talking-head video is not something it makes.

I have more than one property.

The 3-property plan gives each place its own connected TikTok and Instagram and its own three posts a day. Plans are counted in properties: one property per property on the plan, whichever accounts they post to.

Can I change what it says?

In the same chat. Say "lead with the hot tub", "stop the summer one", or "make one about the foliage now" and it does. Pausing a campaign stops its posts that minute.

How does the free trial work?

The 1-property plan starts with a two-day free trial. Your first 10 posts go out during it, before you pay anything. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing at all.

When am I charged?

Not today. Starting the trial puts your card on file and charges $0.00. Stripe emails you a reminder, and $79 a month begins only after your two free days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Is posting three times a day safe for my account?

Posts publish through TikTok and Instagram's official connection tools, the same way scheduling apps post. Every post is written fresh from a rotating angle, and the first account on this system posted every day from day one, starting with zero followers.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your account page. No retention scripts, no phone tree. Cancellation counts from the moment you ask. And if your first 30 days don't clear 100,000 views, that month is refunded either way.
