LotsPost

Terms of service.

The plain-English version of how LotsPost works. Questions about any of it go to lotspost.com@gmail.com.

The service

LotsPost turns what you tell it (a brief, your photos, your facts) into short-form posts and publishes them three times a day to TikTok and Instagram accounts you own and connect. Plans are priced by how many connected accounts post at once. You can pause or change a campaign at any time.

Billing

Plans bill monthly through Stripe under CR Brand Group, LotsPost's parent company, which is the name on your card statement. You can cancel at any time and posting stops at the end of the paid period. Nothing is deleted when you cancel; your campaigns are there if you come back.

Free trial

The featured plan on each price table (the 3-account plan, and the 1-property stays plan) starts with a two-day free trial: your first ten posts go out before the first charge. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing. Other plans bill from day one.

The 100,000-view guarantee

If the accounts you connect do not gain 100,000 combined views in your first 30 days of posting, that month is refunded. Views are measured daily on the connected accounts against where they started, and your dashboard shows the running number. The guarantee needs accounts the numbers can be read from: set to public and connected for the full 30 days. Posting still runs on accounts that do not meet those conditions; the guarantee does not.

Your accounts and content

Posts publish to accounts you own and connect yourself, and you can disconnect them at any time. What you enter (briefs, photos, facts, links) is used to make your posts and for nothing else. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you upload and for the accuracy of the facts you give; the copy only uses numbers that appear in what you provided. If a campaign is a property, for sale or by the night, you confirm you own it or are authorized to market it. Posts are made by software from your brief and go out without a review step, so pause a campaign if you want to change course.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the customers it affects hear about it by email before it takes effect.
